Are you sure that she didn't eat anything at Grandma's that may have upset her little tummy? If not, then maybe it was just the excitement of the visit. Nikko does the same thing whenever I take him to my mom's. Its a 45 minute car ride and he gets car sick and pretty much vomits the whole way so I try not to feed him before we go. When we get to my mom's I always lay out some food for him but because he is so excited he refuses to eat. Even his cookies which he totally loves. When we get home, it is pretty much the same thing. I lay out food but he is usually too tired to eat. He doesn't return to his normal eating patterns until the day after we have had an outing. As long as she isn't vomiting or has diarrhea I wouldn't worry too much. When she gets hungry, she'll eat. Just watch her carefully for dehydration.
