I think a pet sitter would be the best options. I don't know of a service in our area but will inquire at church about someone who loves dogs to stay in our home with him. I
I don't feel comfortable leaving him in a kennel. He is afraid of the car so taking him with us on a plane won't work. He really is a homebody.
Eight days is a long time to leave my baby!
