That's interesting. I'll have to look into that because if it passed there it will only be a matter of time before it will be passing every where. Thank god, my kids have already been chipped and registered with PetTrac. I can registered up to 6 more without paying an additional fee. My vet only charges $20.00 for chipping and I doubt that he'd charge me much more should the prices go up. |
