It is really hard and I'm so sorry for your loss. It is such a shock when it is someone young and unexpected. I think that makes everything harder because we can't get prepared for it - not that we ever are really prepared, it's just that we expect it will happen to older people, but not to our young friends. It is hard too, to not be able to connect with his parents, that might help you and it might help them to know how much you all loved their son. I hope you are able to find them.
