Sissy had four baby teeth pulled at the same time she was spayed. I had mentioned to the vet that her baby teeth hadn't fallen out (and were razor sharp!) and her adult teeth were growing right next to the baby ones. It looked very strange. I felt bad having both her teeth pulled and her spaying surgery at the same time, but only one anesthesia was needed - so that was good. She didn't appear any worse for the wear and started eating as soon as she got home, so her mouth didn't appear sore either.
