Default Royal Canin & When to switch to Adult?

I've read most of the threads and see only a very few comments about Royal Canin. My vet has been very impressed with the food. Sissy has been on the Puppy Mini since I brought her home at 12 weeks old.

Sissy is currently 8 months old. The label of Royal Canin says for puppies from 2-10 months old. Should I switch Sissy to the Yorkie variety once she is 10 months old - or keep her on the puppy longer? Sissy is a tiny yorkie - only 3 1/2 lbs. I doubt she will get much bigger as her sister from the litter (the breeder kept her) is just over 2 lbs.

I also use Old Mother Hubbard treats. They are very small dog-bone shape, but I break them into about 6 pieces to use as treats for going outside.

Any other thoughts?
