sounds like you are on the right track. CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW BABY! Yes, if you see her trying to pee in the wrong places, get her attention by clapping, saying no no no, and placing her in the area where you want her to go, i.e. a pad. When she cries at night, just let her cry. Mine did it for a long time, before she realized she won't get her way by crying. It's hard and it's sad and you want to cry but she will be a better behaved doggie as a result.
