Ok I have solved the mystery...I think!
If you notice, the symbols change everytime you TRY AGAIN. I noticed that the multiples of 9 are all the same symbol evertime. So I did a little experiment. 12-3=9 34-7=27 23-5=18 56-11=45 78-15=63. The answer everytime will be a multiple of nine how ever you add or subtract see...25-7=18 79-16=63. I am very good at solving puzzles but I must admit, this one was a bit of a challenge.
