You are not alone....our house is very similar and now after a year my girls still act the same way at times!! Magic, the oldest, is very dominate and always wants whatever Sailor has..she will steal her toys and "boss" her around but we all know that she is alpha and they don't hurt each other!! Sailor has learned ways to get toys back that she wants and how to push Magic's buttoms and over time they have come to agreement to just disagree at times..LOL

I would give it time and let them work it out....make sure that your youngest one is getting some special time to play without being picked one but allow them to play together and who knows your oldest may eventually settled down!!
