OMG!!! Makes me want to cry!!!!!! I have attempted to steal a dog and I'm not above doing it again. One little guy lived up the road from me and I don't have enough space to tell you all his problems. But what did it for me was one night it was snowing and he was going nuts licking the snow for a drink that he hadn't had in days. I took him that night.
