I'm glad that he's feeling better. My Rowdy has a very sensitive tummy and sometimes I'm never able to figure out what caused his diarrhea or vomiting. He's 14 months old and I've only had to take him to the vet twice when the diarrhea and vomiting was really bad. But, he will have a short bout of either or both and sometimes I can say, 'oops, shoudn't have let him have XXX' other times I have no clue what caused it.
Just keep and eye on him - you will know when he is really sick. Good luck!
