MY EASY EGG SALAD RECIPE
6 hard cooked eggs,
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham (optional)
2 cups cooked macaroni, chilled (optional)
1/2 cup diced celery
1 sour pickle chopped
1/4 cup chopped olives
mayonnaise to your likeing (with tiny bit of mustard is optional)
salt and pepper
I make mine with all the ingredients above, ham and macaroni
Mix first six ingredients, then add mayonnaise to moisten to your liking
and season to taste with salt and pepper. Nice served on greens or on favorite bread toasted garnished with lettuce,avocado slices, and tomatoes.
Also nice served with just the crinkle dip potatoe chips.
