I would be concerned with the symtoms...if he worsens I would go to the ER...watch him closely and take him to the vet for sure tomorrow...a dog can get joint problems from arthritis as they age..but younger ones do not react to a stiff muscle by being lethargic..I do not like the word lethargic..I have seen Yorkies with broken legs, newly spayed/neutered, stitches in their head, navel surgery, teeth removed, you name it, but they are acting normal..eating, trying to play..lethargic means sick to me.
