if she is pushing for over half an hour there could be a problem,ie the pups in breach(bum first) or the cord is around the pups neck,if this is the case and you no nothing about labour take the dog to the vet right away. tye was born with the cord around this neck but i got it off of him in time and zac was in breach so i had to turn him around inside of my female but even though it worked he was starved of air and is now a little slow bless him.
