Thanks, Cindy, and yes, I substitute Smart Balance for all butter/margerine ingredients and it works great! I don't have any self-rising flour, so this will have to wait. Also, it's been so long since I have had any beer in the house it will be wierd to buy some! I would probably have to get some from my daughter, lol!!
