I have my turkey in the oven now, dinner is planned for 4pm, and I am unsure what else I want to make. In particular I would love to have some kind of cool salad or veggie dish. Any suggestions?

Dessert: Fat free yellow cake squares with chocolate pudding, strawberries, and fat free cool whip layered mmmmmmmmm I can't wait!
