Default Yorkie sitting

We have been watching a persons Yorkie while he has been out fishing for the last three weeks. We have fallen head over heels for the male yorkie. Sebastian is about five, nurtured, and we have noticed that he has a very weak, baritone type of bark (nothing like our minpin), also he loves to growl for long periods of time trying to talk to us? We find it amazing and know that soon we will loose the dog we have become very attached to. Is this normal for a yorkie to be so subdued in the baking category? I would hate to buy one and then find out he's as voicetourous as my minpin.
