I got my belly bands from the Foster & Smith catalogue, but I'm sure the pet stores sell them. My two males both started lifting their legs around 5 months. I took them out every hour and used belly bands in the house. I had them both neutered at 6 months, and the marking stopped. I think discipline when you catch him in the act helps a lot, and also taking him out frequently until he gets the idea that it's a no-no. Don't despair - I honestly believe neutering helps a lot.
