I'm glad to hear you got him back, that's pathetic that a neighbor would be so jealous and steal him away. That's just as bad as the intruder. Have you perhaps thought about electronic ID tagging Oliver? I haven't done it myself, but I hear it does work, as the vet would take a look at the tag anytime your Yorkie would go in. Keep Oliver safe! I'm sure you are having a great time re-bonding with Oliver.
