I'm one of those humans who use Human shampoo on my dogs. I use baby Shampoo on them because when I used Dog Shampoo they would dry my hands so bad and make them itch, I wondered what it did to their skin (oreo had bad dry flakey skin when i used the dog shampoo)..

And i do use human conditioner on them and it actually made their hair super soft, skin looked more moisturized and they smelled so good for a longer time than the regular dog shampoo.

I guess it just depends on you personally. But It worked for me.

But i found a really nice Shampoo and Conditioner made especially for dogs that i'm going to be trying out (it was recommended by another board member)..

I bought the Day to Day conditioner and shampoo and the Ice on Ice conditioner. I also bought Pro Glo conditioner spray which was also recommended by another board member, so hopefully those work. I can't wait to get them in the mail lol.
