Glad, 51, Wosie, 10 months, and Dreama, we think she's almost 5. She's a rescue, so we don't have any papers on her.
2. Are you a breeder (may be helpful for those wanting to breed for the first time
)?I once thought I wanted to be a breeder, but I have learned that I would never ever breed my pets. YT has taught me a lot.
3. What about the Yorkie breed attracted you to them?
I met my first yorkie almost 17 years ago. A friend of mine had adopted a rescue, and the little girl was really shy. It took me a long time to make friends with her, but once I did, I completely fell in love with the breed. She was beautiful, petite, sweet, and loving. Dave and I got our first yorkie about 3 months later.
4. Best advice for a new yorkie owner
?Before you get a yorkie, do your research. Make darn sure you KNOW what you are getting into! YT is a great resource. Use the search function and put any key word in there. You will find volumes of helpful information!
5. A little personal background, i.e. married? single? human kids
?Married to my best friend and guitar player, Dave, Dreama's best friend. One child, Darek, 25, and two step children that I feel are my own, Jen, 29, and Paul, 27.Two beautiful grandbabies, Mason, 4 and Landon, 2.
6. Tell us something cool or an unknown truth about you
.LOL, my life is an open book! I think I have told everyone on YT everything about me, but my most favorite thing is I have sung in rock bands since I was 12 years old. I just LOVE to rock!
