Higgin's Mom .... hypoglycemia was my first thought as I was reading that post!
Maggie_001 ... the drop in blood sugar has the very symptoms you described. Yorkies are such high energy dogs that they require more sugar. My Toto gets 2-3cc of vet formula Nutri-Cal every day because she is a picky eater and some days doesn't want to eat. It is a high calorie paste and is loaded with vitamins. She has only had one episode like the one you described ... our vet told us from day one to keep a little bottle of white karo syrup in her bag at all times and if she had an episode like this to immediately give her at least 2cc! We did and she was fine in no time! Keep us updated on your baby .... and Welcome to YorkieTalk!!
