That must be really awful to have that deathly allergy to peanuts. So much to worry about for the rest of that kid's life!
Did a little more research and the only "peanut butter substitute" products I can find contain soy - which is another product he's highly allergic too. It's not looking good for this peanut butter sandwich eating little boy! And just think of the foods with corn in them? Cereal, chips.... man, that would be tough to try to keep away from him.
