If you never plan to get into breeding (uhoh did I say that word). Then yes you should. She will go into heat and probably 2 times a year. You may not be aware of it if you do not stay on top of it. Also males can become more aggresive with a female in season around. They could very easily mate with out your knowledge, especially if you leave them unattended. Just to make life easier and safer for all, if you have no plans to breed then yes. But this is just one person opinion.
