This is so weird .. check this out! -- My friend breeds Yorkies and I called her and told her about this article, and she says that this same woman has stolen one of HER puppies! Indirectly .. well here's what happened - She sold a boy puppy out of her dog Sophia, and the girl and her family named it Tramp. The little girl was walking around at the Sevierville flea market (which is HUGE) and this older man in his 50's and older woman in her 40's walked up and asked if they could pet her dog. The little girl said okay - they asked her where her parents were and she turned to look the other way to see, and she turned back around to tell them "I don't know" and they were both gone with her little puppy.
They filed a police report and she picked that same mug shot out of a book of possibilities. Good thing he was microchipped .. they have concrete proof if they ever find that puppy.

My breeder knew this story was going on way before this article was ever written because the first time it happened, that breeder was very consider and called every puppy ad in the newspapaer to warn these people. Then those people told their breeder friends and so it spread very quickly.

But you'd think that if she goes to flea market often to sell these stolen puppies that someone would know exactly who she is and turn her in, because obviously she does lots of business.
