Seems unlikely to me that allergies would develop after 3 months. My puppy eats Royal Canin 33 without any problems. Any other reason she might be itchy? Fleas, ear mites, mossies, sandflies, new shampoo? I would wait a little before changing her diet if she is othewise thriving on it. Otherwise, Nutro is supposed to be good.
