She could be getting too hot. But if I were you i'd take her in and have the vet check her out just to be safe. You don't want her getting depleted. You also can give her cottage chees, scrambled eggs, hamburger mixed with rice peas and carrots and make sure she is eating a good quality puppy food. Also make sure she is drinking plenty of water..
Are the pups gaining weight? That will let you know if they are getting enough.
