If you get them neutered at six months that might be a little too early for baby tooth pulling. I don't think I even saw that double row of shark teeth until way after Debbie was spayed. When she had her next yearly checkup at 15 months or so, she only needed to have 2 pulled out. Tug of war might help loosen those stubborn baby teeth. What might be bothering him are the ones that you can't see yet. Some people like to freeze old wet rags for them to chew on to help make them feel better.
