Potty training and dominance issues is there a link??? This is not meant to be argumentative, it is purely for discussion only. I have nothing to base my hypothesis on, but do you suppose there could be a link between the two.
For those of you who have either a potty training issue or a dominance issue, such as snapping or any other signs of dominance, have you also had problems with the other issue, in dogs over 10 months.
It just occured to me that perhaps the wetting in the house, or the marking might be a dominance thing more than a training thing.
What do y'all think.
Ollie is only 15 weeks so it's too soon to tell with her. But I had two female dogs, the older, dominant one, would mark, the younger one would only go in the house when we were gone for several hours, and then quite regularly just before she died.
The older one would also be demanding with us, and would occasionally snap, so reflecting back on this I just got to wondering if maybe???????????? |
