I've not had a problem with VPI. I was reimbursed $60 or $70 from Max's teeth cleaning (I total was $120). They also reimbursed for Interceptor for Max and Abbie ($15 each per year) and when Abbie was spayed--I forget how much, though. They don't have any pre-existing conditions so I've been reibmursed almost every time I submitted a claim.
