Diesel is the same way!!!
I put a baby gate up in my bedroom and let him roam free in there while I am away. He too has all of his toys, water, and a treat in the room. I also leave on the tv or radio. When I leave he sits at the gate and barks loudly.
When I return home he is always sitting at the gate waiting on me instead of laying in his bed or playing with his toys. I feel so bad leaving my baby home alone and wonder when he will get used to being home by himself. Diesel has never been home alone for more than four or five hours.
