Sorry...yeah it is kinda dark, but you can still see the dogs a little. Maybe you can change the angle of your screen?? I know I was showing it to a coworker and the angle I was standing all I could see was a dark screen, but from where she was she could see it.
I know that probably wasn't any help at all
