How many have you taped/glued your yorkies ears, how man yof you didn't and the ears perked up anyway? When is a crucial time? Bella is almost 9weeks.

I have taped my yorkies ears up. The funny thing is, the left ear went up by itself, the other ear I had to tape. After awhile with the his right ear taped it too went up. As long as you start taping her ears before six months then you will be alright. However, the sooner the better, it is always best if you can tape the ears before they are 12 weeks old. Also, keep the ears shaved, alot of hair on a yorkie's ear can weigh the ear down and prevent it from coming up. Some yorkies ears will go up by themselves, I like to tape them just to be sure. Remember, if her ears do go up, they might go down during stressful times or around six months which is when they start getting adult teeth, afer this period the ears will go back up.
