I love westies. They are the best dogs (other then yorkies, of course) I had one when my kids were growing up. Always wanted a yorkie but was afraid with the kids. Well anyway, my westie (Teddy) was a great dog, loved the kids and was all around wonderful, he was so smart and so well behaved (unlike my three yorkies)
A westie in my eyes is a great choice. Not sure if I like the picture of that yorkie/westie in the first picture. but thats just me. Good luck in yor puppy hunt.
