I'm sorry to hear that you've had so many problems. Seven weeks does sound a little too young. I kind of wish my breeder had kept my puppy until about the age he is now (14 weeks) because I had a big problem period between 10 weeks and 12 weeks where I seriously felt that I needed to return him. He seemed very under-socialised to me (nervous with people and other dogs and not at all affectionate) and I think he could have benefited from more interaction with litter mates and the breeder herself. It's gotten much better now and I've put a huge amount of work in with him and he's really taking off which I'm relieved about. I think she's a great breeder and she's a real Yorkie nut but I think in retrospect that I made a mistake in assuming that because she was a show breeder that she'd be better. When I get another next year, I'm going to opt for a litter that is kept longer with a more socialising breeder. Definitely. Hope your little girl feels better soon.
