No I don't think that is too much for her, but I suppose it may differ dog to dog. When Annie was small we lived in Jersey City so we would go into NYC or along the river (NJ side) and she would walk miles without any problems. I even trained for a 5K last summer and she trained with me some days. Her birthday is in June. So at that time she wasn't even one and she did absolutely fine! I would be dead by the time we got home, but she would be like aww mommy are we done!

Now that we are suburban folks she has become a grandma, I can't even take her around the block without her plopping her butt on the ground
