Dudley got a bath yesterday afternoon, then I clipped his hair around his eyes. Then he spent hours on my lap while I worked Cowboy Magic through his fur and brushed him. He actually fell asleep while I was brushing and started snoring. He smells really good now and looks much better.

I think she might have allergies.
Dudley has allergies & will dig his ears, roll around on the carpet rubbing his on the rug, and whine like he is dying... It took them a while to figure out what the problem was. He was treated 3 times for ear mites, then with 2 loooong courses of antibiotics (6 weeks the first time, 4 weeks the second time) for ear infections. They finally decided his ears are itching & his eyes water & goop due to "environmental allergies". The vet said give him 1/2 cc (which is like a tenth of a teaspoon) of liquid Benadryl - same stuff you buy at the store for little human kids. FINALLY something that works.

He does seem happier without that hair hangin down in his eyes - and he looks better too.
