I have a little chinese style top for sale for $18 including postage. (Worldwide from New Zealand) It is an XS and measures 16cm from back to neck.
I ordered it from Hong Kong when Ella was a puppy but it is too small for her now and she has never worn it!
It is slightly padded and is silk with gorgeous detail.
