I'd say 3-4 times. No one can say for sure if all the eggs are dropped at the same time or over a period of a few days. While a one time breeding can result in pups, I FEEL your chances are better with repeat breedings. Why not have the same stud breed both females?

Also, one thing you can do is have your vet do a vaginal swab to determine if she is indeed ovulating. This will be best for breeding.

The "rule" is best breeding to occur on days 9, 11 & 13. My Gracie's first litter, she didn't even want to take till the 17 day and her second litter, she was ready on day 8. I took her twice during her first litter to be swab tested thinking there was something wrong with her. Each bitch is different.
