My one year old Yorkie Rylie was having serious bouts of diarrhea over the past 4 weeks. He weighed 7 lbs 3 oz 2 weeks ago and now weighs 6 lbs and 14 oz... I saw the vet again this weekend and he recommended Flagyl, an antibiotic and this food from Hills called ID... does anyone know more about this type of food? does anyone currently use it or has used it in the past? any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated!!! It's not that I don't trust my vet-- Rylie's not suffering through anymore diarrhea since he started this stuff-- but I wanted to know if anyone had any additional info on their experieince with this stuff... THANKS!!!
