Hi there! I am located in Northern NY and have had people cross the border here without problems. If the puppy is over 3 months, you need a rabies certificate. If not, you only need to get a health certificate from the breeder's vet so you can prove she is healthy. Once you get back home, you will have to get a license? or register the dog in Canada which your vet should be able to give you that info. Good luck and congrats on your new baby!
