Two of mine have
big ears that I had to shave and tape. I also fed mine yogurt once a day for months. I tried cottage cheese, but mine didn't really like it.
When I taped the ears I left the tape on for at least 4 days but never more than 6, removed the tape, waited 2-3 days then taped again if needed. I just used 2 inch masking tape cut into 2 inch squares. One in the front then one in the back (the ear flat in the middle) If the tape weighs the ears down farther on her head, you can use another strip of tape to bridge the two ears together.
Also, massaging their ears is very helpful also.
