Did the vet give you any muscle relaxants for your Reese? Once I accidentally closed the car door on my yorkie...it didn't close completely, but it did squish him a bit and then he fell out onto the ground. After a bunch of tests/xrays, etc, they gave me muscle relaxants to allow him to heal.
