We have gobs of coyote's around us, they wake us up at night and Schatzie acts like "oohhh I better not bark at them, they sound mean!"....
Infact our cat has been missing for over 2 weeks now, I am thinking it was probably a coyote as they too come up right into our yard. Brave wild things, let me tell ya.
I am glad there was nothing serious or injuries with your coyote visitors Mograceliz and that all turned out ok.
