Thanks everyone for your replies. Sadie does have allergies, but not bad. When they really act up, I give her 1/4 tablet of Children's Benedryl per my vet.
She usually does this maybe once or twice a day, for about five mins.
I think she is just cleaning herself, as I don't see where she chews.
But, I will mention this to my vet when she goes in to see the vet in three weeks for her annual shot.
