I think my little girl sleeps or chews! I leave her with a chew stick or a stuffed Kong and some different toys from her box each day.We have three cats and one sleeps on the chair next to her pen and is good company for her when she is running around. I try to walk her as soon as I get home and my son does a big playtime as he is home first from school.She likes the days when we are home-either because it is the weekend or my daughter has a later start at Uni. But she goes into her pen without a fuss when she has to. It is a fact of life that we have to work!
A kitten as company would be another option,perhaps? I can't have yet another cat with three already!
