Tells you what I know..I didn't think it ACTUALLY shocked them..I personally am not fond of any type of pens or fencing or chaining or any of that. but I think if others have them it is their choice. I'm not against them just don't care for them. But I have to say that is why I will always live in the country with lots of property lol..
