[Tashasmom]

I just got off the phone with the vet. She was gradually giving her valium to make her go to sleep..she said she finally got her to which made her stop having the siezures. she said she is waking up right now slowly and as long as she doesn't start having seizures again and eats I can pick her up tonight or tomorrow morn..depending on how she's doing. She is not out of danger yet but this is a good sign.
The vet doesn't know why she had the seizures or why she was runnning a 106 temp..all of her tests came back good. But she said sometimes we just never know why they do this. Also what worried the vet was she couldn't get her to stop having it..she seized continously for hours. Also something that is worrisome is it does damage to the brain with each one. We won't know the extent of the damage til she is up and going.
I want to thank u all so much for your prayers. without them I don't know what would of happened. You all helped me through the life and loss of brody and i'm thankful you were here for me again.
oh one more thing. I had called me vet and he didn't even answer his phone..he finally called me back over two hours later..I told him I took her to another vet..i like this one too. If I had waited on him she would of died for sure..
