My babies usually open at 2 weeks. The smaller breeds do take longer. I know if you look that up on the internet, it'll say 1 week.... but that is for a larger breed.
My first litter.... I was soooooo anxious to see their eyes. I thought it would be a week and all I did was stare at them ALMOSt willing them to open! LOL
