The price of the surgery is far out of range of what I can pay.
Thats why im interested in long term ways I can deal with this problem like permanent diets and such.
I dont know what the bile levels are specifically but theyre high enough the vet described them as "sky high" and made her sure the problem was liver related (shunt,abscess etc) .However, on her ultrasound she couldnt find anything and recommended one of the more advanced tests at a specialist.
Im wondering myself why the vet didnt prescribe a low protein diet..
